“The room and hotel were not clean. The shower especially! The tv didn’t work and they were full so couldn’t move us to another room. We asked for a discount but they said because I paid through Expedia there was nothing they could do. We will not be back, we travel to this area once a month. No tv??? They should check these things. The property does not live up to the photos online. Buyer beware!!!”

“The only complaint I had with our stay was that the room had a bad oder immediately upon entering the room. Had a musty stinky feet smell. Other than that everything was fine.”

“The hotel was very clean and nice. My only disappointment was the check-in. The clerk was extremely slow getting us checked in. He also tried to say our room requested had been over booked after we had already called earlier in the day to let them know we were coming in late. We were finally able to get checked in after 20+ minutes [and yes, we were the only ones checking in].”

“This hotel is great for the price I didn't eat any breakfast only had yogurt but the area was nice & clean. The night staff that checked us in Ashley & the new Hispanic lady were really nice and fun. The day staff Cynthia on the other hand was annoying as hell. Our beds were very comfortable the refrigerator was excellent we were shocked to how cold it got. Overall I was happy with our stay .I have stayed there once before”

“The room was dirty. Sticky floors, stained sheets, dirt in all crevices, worst of all there was male genitalia drawn on the bathroom wall that my 6 year old asked me why someone drew that there, and second to that I was charged by Expedia the money came off my card just for the staff member to tell me my payment declined and I had to repay after arguing with him and showing him my itinerary # confirmation email and bank statements, he still refused to give me my room so I was double charged for……
