"A great sleep after a long drive…"

"Saskatchewan Travelling mom of three, site seeing && i didn't even sleep at the hotel, I was exhausted and pushed myself to keep driving. I cancelled. WAS STILL CHARGED FOR THE ROOM. && staff whom I spoke too were like well thats not our fault you didn't show. I said I CANCELLED. but because I didn't call (no service in the mountains) my credit card was charged. Unbelievable"

"About done with choices hotels. Never ever as advertised. No waterslide, freezing cold pool, hot tub not hot. Sauna couldnt break a sweat if ya tried. Stayed here with 3 kids because of the amenities advertised. Not worth the money. "

"The door was difficult to unlock and the door handle was loose. The beds were comfortable and the room was very clean. The bathroom was newly renovated and looked great. However the only amenities were 2 packages of shampoo, a few small bars of soap and one roll of toilet paper. Towels were new and plentiful. In the room the carpeting appeared clean but was extremely worn as were the carpets on the outside walkway. The curtains and some room tables also needed updating. The room had a pleasant cabin ambiance. Was a comfortable place to stay. The hotel was in need of some renovations."
