Stop over stay with Campanile

We found the hotel to be one of the well run and managed hotels, sometimes they can be badly managed but this one was excellent. It was our second stay at this establishment and food was good, service excellent and well recommended

Not first time, and not last time.

Confortable hotel, near highway and good service. easy to park, Breakfast in restoran and food in evning. Good beds and clean nice rooms. What more do you need? Have been here now 10 times and absolutely on my way to Spain every ear back and forward this is the place to stay.

Easy like always, but this time no restoran open!!

Like usual, clean and easy hotell to do stop over. Unfortantly no messages that Restoran whas closed totaly in high season. So to get a bite of food in evning after long drive, whas to forgett. Sad they cant update the page in hotel.com that restoran are closed, and that they only serve break fast.

I have used this accomodation for my travels since 8 years now and 2 times a year. The service level is wors and wors... yesterday one cleark more ore less told me when i said " i dont speak france" that he told in bad eng " when you are in France, then you also must respect and understand our langue"... I think i dont need to say more about that!! And the place are more and more dirty and worned out. Thank for this years, now new place when i passing by and maybee some cleaner and more friendly hotel.

i ended up sleeping in the car no reception at arrival all was locked hotel refused to offer any form of refund stated they left a voicemail which never happened? along with the mail they sent arrived several hours after intial arrival so clearly and issue on the portal

Impossible d’accéder à la chambre / horrible !

Impossible d’accéder à la chambre. On appelle pour avertir qu’on arrive vers 23h30. Le monsieur au téléphone nous donne le code du portail, le code de la boîte à clé n*2 et le numéro de chambre (111). Arrivés sur place, on trouve la carte magnétique de la chambre on monte… impossible d’ouvrir. Une fois, deux fois, dix fois… rien à faire. Forcément y a personne, au un numéro d’urgence, idem pour hôtels.com… Au bout de 15 min, on repart (11h de route sans dormir) Depuis, j’ai appelé le lendemain pour être remboursé, vers 11h30. On me dit « on est en plein service du petit dej , dès que la chef arrive, elle vous appelle pour trouver une solution ». Il est 16h, j’attend encore. Perso, je veux juste être remboursée. Rien d’autre.

Accueil sympathique mais quand un hôtel accepte les chiens, et que dans le restaurant il y a une terrasse dehors, on nous interdit de manger dehors avec le chien. Nous avons mangé dans ka chambre avec notre chien. Mettez alors interdit aux chiens tout court

J’ai passé une nuit très agréable dans cet établissement. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueilli par un personnel chaleureux, professionnel et attentionné, ce qui a grandement contribué à rendre mon séjour plaisant et reposant. La chambre était confortable, bien agencée et parfaitement adaptée pour se détendre après une longue journée. Tout y est pensé pour le confort du client. Le petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet est un vrai point fort : varié, complet, avec des produits de qualité qui conviennent à tous les goûts. En résumé, un service de qualité, un personnel attentif et un cadre reposant font de cet hôtel une excellente adresse où je reviendrai avec plaisir.
