Der Parkplatz direkt auf dem Grundstück ist super praktisch, besonders wenn man die Umgebung mit dem Auto erkunden will.Die Lage ist top: nah am Meer und gleichzeitig super angebunden an die Autobahn, um Ausflüge zu machen. “Nice location but desperately needs maintenance, and noisy neighbours. We reported some maintenance issues at the start of the stay - the pool was sorted out, but nothing else was, including a loose electrical socket. Then in the second week the upstairs apartment was let to a bunch of apparently unsupervised teenagers, which caused some noise issues. I flagged these as they're contrary to the rental agreement, but in the end had to go and have words myself.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this country property 15 minutes from Sagunt. It was ideal for our family group of ten people aged from 18 months up. The main house was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to spread out comfortably and we also had access to the guest house.The grounds were equally impressive - lots of outdoor space for the kids to run around and play. As a rural property, there were some quirks but it offered a peaceful, beautiful, wooded setting that was perfect for a relaxing……

“We had a lovely week in Valencia. It is a lovely house in a nice neighbourhood, but we really missed not having air conditioning in 40 degrees and found it very difficult to sleep. The pool was lovely. The bedrooms were ok but two not as shown in the photos. One is a lovley young childs room, which my tall 12 year old only just managed to squeeze into. The kitchen had everything we needed but quite random and some things needed cleaning before use. As with some other feedback we did hear a lot……
