This was a halfway stop at the beginning of our vacation. Lovely hotel. Nice pool and hot tub. Excellent breakfast options.

The noise of the hotel was very loud. We were on the 2nd floor and could hear the people on the third floor all night. The air conditioner in our room was very loud running. The bathroom sink and tub had cracks and the toilet was stained making it look dirty. The rooms need updated for the price you pay. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Rooms and common areas were clean. Staff was very friendly. Bedding could use an upgrade, the pillows are a tad lumpy
Really love the staff at this hotel-they’re always friendly, helpful and seem to enjoy their job. The breakfast is always great and love that they welcome pets. Best place to stay in Valentine for sure!
Staff was friendly,Room was clean. Beds were not the most comfortable but not the worst. Breakfast was good. The 2 ladies that were working were constantly restocking things and bringing out fresh hot food. They made sure tables were sprayed and cleaned for the next person, so thank you to them. My only complaints are about the hot tub and the thin walls. We picked this hotel specifically because it has a hot tub but it was so cold you couldn't even get in it.Big disappointment there. The guys in the room next to us were up until the middle of the night, not being obnoxious, just talking and laughing and it sounded like they were in our room. Same with the hall wall. So bring ear plugs if your a light sleeper .
Great stay for a family of 6 traveling. The lady that checked us in was nice and let us know they had housekeeping shortages so we would have to go down there if we needed anything. Hot breakfast options were offered the next morning.
Worked great for what we needed. Quiet, safe, and staff was very helpful when we needed something. Definitely a local hotel where they may not have all the bells and whistles that a chain hotel would, but it's clean and welcoming. Would gladly stay here again!
