「Main elevator was down the whole 4 days of our stay. Door lock on room needed to be replaced as card keys didn't work. No housekeeping was done for the 3 days we were there & ran out of towels/ toilet paper. When trying to call front desk after 2 rings a recording says front desk not available call back later. Very frustrating」

「Great customer service some of the building is a bit dirty and the breakfast was great as well but the room wasn’t the best either the bathroom door was broken and the charger sports were broken etc overall a good stay oh and they tried to charge my card 3X times after the stay beware」

「Trash was overflowing the receptacle at the main entrance and stinking. I had to make trips to the front desk for Kleenex and a set of bath towels. The bathtub was dangerous, no bathmat and the safety bar pulled away from the wall. There was a metal spring sticking outside the mattress. I checked out after one day but Super 8 refused to credit or refund the remaining days (because it was booked through Expedia). Steer clear of this fleabag.」
