「What a great place to relax, visit and take quiet walks. The beds were comfortable, and we slept well. We used the kitchen to cook and used the barbeque. The surroundings are breathtaking. The lake at Snowshoe Springs is a real treat. It was a little chilly for swimming when we were there but would be so much fun in the summer. Just a real wonderful long weekend. 「Place is beautiful, our host Ashley was great. The only reason I am not giving five stars is because the lack of curtains on three of the windows, and there was at least one(possibly more we couldn’t see) camera on the deck pointed inside the cabin that had view of the bathroom and kitchen area. If there were curtains on that window it would be a non-issue」

「A wonderful, peaceful place to stay in the trees. The game room (e.g., pool table felt had a couple holes, dart board missing a number, no chalk for dart board scoreboard, etc) and other aspects could use some refreshing/updating, but the house overall worked out great for my family. Would definitely recommend staying here if you're going to be in the area.」

「Great property. Very clean, comfortable and spacious and exactly what we needed. The 50 HOA fee per car felt a bit silly since we only stayed 1 day. Would be nicer if there was a way to waive this especially for a very short stay. Other than that is was a nice place. 」

「Our family of 11 from 3 to 70 had a great time! The house was great for us and Megan was very responsive! Easy access to the house and the lake/beach was wonderful! Kids loved the pool table/play room, but didn’t want to sleep downstairs by themselves so if you’re planning to have young kids in the one bedroom downstairs they may not want to be there by themselves. All other bedrooms are upstairs (worked out for us, just an FYI). Kitchen has everything you need! One of the best equipped kitchens...

「This is truly a home away from home.. We visit my wife’s family yearly in Groveland and this house is our go to. It’s beautiful, clean, comfortable and cozy. Our family enjoyed our stay here. We make new memories every time we visit. The lake is a 10 minute walk away which we did. The house having a EV charger is a plus! They have made some upgrades since our last visit which is a plus. 」
