This modern ground-floor flat with frontal sea view is located 20 m from the sea and offers the ultimate holiday feeling : with private pool and outdoor shower, 2 bedrooms, living area with sitting area and open kitchen with induction hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine. Bathroom with rain shower, washbasin, bidet and WC, 400 m from the beach in the quiet La Ciaccia (hamlet of Valledoria).
Supermarket and several restaurants at 200 m. Valledoria with shops of all kinds at 4 km.
