“Property was beautiful. Had a issue with house not being cleaned yet when we checked in, but we were immediately set up in house next door that was cleaned and ready for rental. ”

“The house was very clean. Though we brought our own toiletries, the host provided everything you would need for a few days stay. The only issue we had was that a previous occupant left dog droppings in the yard and it hadn't been cleaned so it got tracked into the house. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. Almost felt like home.”

“This was just as the description and photos described. It was a cute spacious country cottage. The owners were exceptionally responsive and helpful. The place was perfect for a small group or even a larger group that sleeps up to 10 people. I highly recommend this Vrbo country cottage to everyone thanks to the great host and the great visit to Farmington with being able to stay at such a nice place. It’s also located so that it’s easy to access either Park Hills or Farmington areas.”

“DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE! Either the host is a scam or just an awful host. We booked for a Saturday night on the Friday before. We drove two hrs from home to play some golf courses in the host property area. We had not received check in instruction by noon so I started messaging the host. Never heard anything back until 30 minutes from our check in time. The host notified us that the property was booked on a different website already and they had not updated VRBO. They would not answer our calls……

“I was not in town for vacation but because my mother had been ill this little place was very peaceful and I loved it. Everything was so clean and of course convenient to town! Probably the best pillows I’ve ever experienced even when I’ve stayed in 4 and 5 star hotels! I loved these pillows the sheets were great as well!! I was exhausted coming into this trip and Doris was great to answers!! Thank you for being a wonderful host!!! Vicki”
