「Customer service was excellent at all times. Staff were always happy to help out with anything. The whole hotel was so clean and in superb condition. Air conditioning in the room was faultless. Our room didn’t have a balcony, so the towels weren’t able to dry each day because we chose to keep the air conditioning running for when we returned to the room, but they supplied clean towels every day without complaint. We requested extra hangers and an iron and ironing board - no problem there either....

The room smelt a LOT like damp. There was an extractor fan and a dehumidifier but they didn't really do anything. The bathroom was also absolutely tiny - I'm a small woman and I struggled.
