“This is a wonderful place to stay in Sebastopol. It is comfortable, cosy, quiet and well appointed - comparable to a suite in a nice hotel. There is good access, parking and a great location. Everything worked perfectly. The only issue is that entry to the room is via a spiral stair case that would be difficult for some people with disabilities. ”

“What a delightful time we had at this charming home at Dillard Beach! Our Host, Valerie, was so attentive and answered our questions so quickly! We slept on comfortable beds with the nicest sheets I’ve ever slept on! Two of my adult daughters went with me to have a Crafting weekend, and had such a wonderful time together!! All three of us want to go back next year and do it all over again!! ”

“Great location near brewing restaurant, great amenities for kids. Place was bigger than expected and fit adults and kids comfortably. Easy parking and access.Only complaint was that the timeshare staff spent 15 mins with me after checkin trying to get me to signup for a time share meeting, when I was alone trying to watch my two young children who did not want to sit still. I didn’t realize it was a timeshare facility and that might be my fault. ”

“Yes, the property was welcoming to Angelo. He's a lab and he enjoys his stay. The little private fence was most comforting to us and the neighbors was very friendly. The property was very clean and the host communicated well with us and different things that we asked. We got a a response quickly. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves nice and peaceful and quiet and it was only a mile from the major stopping stores and restaurants overall we give five stars I was very relaxing being a pastor and……

“What a great property! Everything was super clean. Kitchen had everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Fabulous outdoor space next to vineyards and across from a school. And, the little game room with shuffleboard and arcade game was a nice added bonus. Will definitely book again.”
