Sit on the covered deck with great lake views while enjoyng a drink with dinner cooked on the gas grill.
Kids and pets can play in the fenced yard or enjoy time at the beach at the nearby water access. Bring the ATV and ride the nearby mountain trails. Chewelah is 10 minutes away with golf, sking, and bowling for family fun. A casino or 2 local breweries are available for adult fun. Waitts Lake is open for year round fishing, maybe catch a local grown Brown Trout or try ice fishing. Relax around a fire and enjoy smores to wind down the day.

Enjoyed house but…
I spent two nights with two friends. The home was quiet and cozy. There was little to no cell phone signal there and no Internet. The linens in the bedrooms were clean, but the kitchen countertops were dirty. The floor and microwave were dirty in the kitchen. overall I did enjoy our stay, but we were disappointed it wasn’t as clean as it should have been.

This was a good vacation. The folks were very friendly and kind. There is no internet so this is definitely a place to escape the world!

Our stay at Waitts Lake
We enjoyed our stay at Quiet Retreat…. Was a quiet neighborhood, clean place to stay. It met our needs. We would come back if/ when we are in the community. Was nice to meet Lyle , a good host!!

Weekend visit
Very inviting,comfortable and clean. Easy place to relax and enjoy family time and quiet time. I would highly recommend this listing and I will be renting this place again in the future. Owners are very nice and helpful.
