“Great location and very friendly and responsive hosts. Will definitely keep in mind for future trips.”

“Lovely home with lots of cozy touches! Our favorite room was the very large screened porch with a dining table, comfortable wicker chair arrangements and two anti-gravity lounge chairs. From here we listened to the sounds of the creek and enjoyed amazing firefly shows every night. (We visited in July.) It was magical! The grounds are beautifully landscaped. We also loved the screened gazebo by the creek. Inside, the home is very comfortable and has everything you need or could want. The……

“Room was great for our stay! Room was a little smaller than it appeared in pictures, but was perfect for the two of us. Would definitely return, possibly in the winter to check it out during ski season! View from the balcony was beautiful. Only about 12-15 min from town to get groceries, places to shop, eat, etc. About a 25 min drive to Beech Mtn for Aurumn at Oz.”

“The cabin was great! The quaint cabin and extant wildlife paired with the full-service bathroom offered an accommodating, simple, and quiet home-base for a weekend get-away. I'm thankful to Amma for being such a gracious host and for making logistics and check-in painless.”

“We always enjoy our stay in the clouds with Charlene. This cozy apartment has everything we need, and Charlene always has basic supplies for us.Beech Mountain is a great escape from the summer heat.”

“Great stay. Thank you!!”

“Property was beautiful but the road up the mountain was very curvy ( much more than we expected). If you get car sick this is not the cabin for you.”

“The condo was very neat and clean. Communication with the owner was excellent. Great location and we will definitely stay here again.”

“Beautiful property with beautiful view of downtown Banner Elk. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the music from town. Easy to walk to restaurants/shops and LMC College. Nicely equipped with everything you would need in the kitchen and bathrooms! Beds are comfy! Greatly appreciated the whole house A/C as we were in a heat waive at the time. Host was very responsive. All floors in Banner Elk are quirky unless it’s a place that was just built. It’s part of the charm! The fire……

“Perfect place to stay for a couple. Everything needed and cozy.”

“The owners were great. Accommodated our needs in a very short amount of time. Would definitely recommend. Great location and a very friendly doe, she will let you pet her. . I did feel the security deposit was a little excessive. But, being at a ski resort I can understand, not though for Land of Oz.”
