「We’ve stayed here several times before. The hotel has been very tastefully remodeled. Breakfast options are not typical but terrific. My only complaints are the hot water takes forever to get warm and once it does it’s way too hot and can’t be turned down no matter how much you turn the hot/cold dial up or down. We have had this problem before in a different room and thought is was an anomaly . Also, although the location is downtown and near some great food spots there are a lot of homeless...

「I made a reservation and they turned me away. They saw I used Expedia points and they didn’t accept the rate. They were looking at my price, not my price + the monetary value of the points I used. They turned me away at 10pm and I had to book another hotel. If you book with them, you better pay an acceptable rate.」
