「Rental was clean inside, but the deck area needs attention. There was a thick layer of pollen on all the furniture, and a dead bird in the center of the floor. It was filthy. It appeared as if the deck hadn't had attention or cleaning for a long time. It definitely was not prepared fir the rental.」

「We enjoyed our stay immensely!! Geeat accommodations and everything you would need was there! Close to many different places to explore! Beautifully decorated inside and great supply of hot water! The only suggestion is to give suggestions for storm shelter in the area! Overall great place to stay and very accomodating! Highly suggest renting this place!」

「It was a great cabin! We all enjoyed it very much! The hill to the water was brutal. I would recommend fixing that for clients or be more up front about it. It is dangerous unless you are about 11-35! The location was great and very easy to get to and close to town.」

「Cabin appeared to be an older updated River Cabin, but had newer Appliances, furniture, fixtures and paint. The moth ball smell was 'overwhelming' until we aired it out. It overlooks the river, with a beautiful view. Unless you plan a little hike, you'll want to drive down to the river and fire pit. Might be a little challenging for a small vehicle. Our stay was to kayak, parked a truck at the cabin landing and had no problems. Would deffinatley recommend, plenty of room and totally enjoyed or...

「The camper was very comfortable for 4 adults. Everything was clean. The camper has 2 private bedrooms. The area is very pretty, the Current River within easy walking distance. Plenty of firewood was provided. Excellent star viewing on clear nights. Big Spring is so beautiful and is very close to this location. An enjoyable 3 days!」

「Location, location, location! It’s all about the view off the back deck. Located in a quiet residential area beside Current River within a mile of Van Buren. Spacious kitchen area for preparing and cooking meals. Covered patio table on deck was incredible for enjoying family dinners. The kids brought our own tubes and floated right up to the house after their float trip. Wrap around huge sofa for enjoying a movie in evening, or a tv in every bedroom if you prefer.」

「House was immaculately clean, in extremely pleasant surroundings. The deck was lovely and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings very much, overall a nice stay but there were some challenges. On the downside: We had some difficulty on the steep gravel driveway with our one non 4 wheel drive vehicle. The mattresses on the main level were extremely firm and uncomfortable. I was traveling with 2 disabled elderly folks, which I had discussed with the host; the queen sized bed sat up way too high...

「Best stay we've ever had. House is right off the river with a big balcony and beautiful view. Clean and cozy, and we loved hanging out at the pit. Firewood was provided. Beautiful area with lots to see. We will be back. 😍」

「All of the beds had clumps of dirt, sand, and what looked like dog hair in the sheets. The dishes were filthy and thrown in the cabinet. The trash cans had garbage in them. We ran out of dish soap. There were no extra trash bags in the premises. Directions to the property could have been more clear. For the price we paid for two nights and the condition of the home when we arrived, we were very disappointed.」

「Great river access and swimming area. Clean house and well stocked. Great space with multiple fireplaces which was beautiful. Wish there was a picture of the amount of stairs for the older family members. Gas grill didnt work with new propane bottle.」
