「Everything was fantastic and as advertised. It was clean and comfortable, beautiful location, close to Ithaca, but not too close! Mary was easy to communicate with and we had no problems.」

「Perfect spot for a single or a couple with 2 pets (us). Nicely laid out. Only issue we had was the tough climb up the steps (in our late 60s though) and some sort of insects. (Not gross ones like roaches or anything like that) Would definitely stay again.」

「I was disappointed that the hot tub was not working. That was one of the reasons I wanted to go there for my birthday.」

「Breakfast is good. Hot breakfast. The staff prepare breakfast is very sincere and asked us if everything is ok. Good free parking space. The best part is the mattress. It’s firm and comfy. 」

「Nice and clean room. Comfortable beds. And plenty of parking.」

「One of the best things was the breakfast and hospitality it was a very welcoming stay , clean quite and delightful 」

「The front desk service was very patient and enthusiastic.」

「Very nice room, updated and comfortable. No maid service but we did not mind this at all. Fresh towels were always available. Only spoke with staff on check in. Asked for breakfast recommendations and only received info for chains like Dunkin. We were hoping for local breakfast places. Found some by looking on-line. Pillows were very uncomfortable and sheet quality was poor. However, everything was very clean. Overall this was a fine room.」

「Nice location. Air con in the room is a bit noisy.」
