“C'est la deuxième fois que je viens de cet hôtel à Van et j'en suis très contente. Les chambres sont confortables et grandes et le personnel est très aimable (juste à noter qu'ils ne parlent pas trop anglais). La salle de restaurant a un balcon et une vue magnifique sur la montagne. La localisation est très centrale. Merci pour cet agréable séjour.”
“We had a little problem with communication with the hotel before we arrived but the Yunos, the night shift service manager explained it clearly to us . They even did something courtesy us when we checked out. Ultimately it was an excellent hotel with good staff and care services. Highly recommend it to any one visiting Van. ”
“GPS leads us to wrong destination. The GPS information needs update.
When checking in,the staff was not aware of our reservation. They had to give us rooms in a rush which I suspected lead to some bad room quality.
And the counter was hardly capable of talking in any bit of english. (The lady when we checked out was OK to talking in English.)”
