What let it down was inconsistency - I was asked why I didn’t leave the key when I went out for the day (it was needed to get back into the compound) No towels had been placed in the room so had to be requested - power plugs to t.v. Did not fit the power sockets so an adapter needed to be brought - T.v. Service card needed to be topped up before being able to access channels. room was serviced after 1st night but not 2nd. No water supply on...

「It was raining and the walls were leaking. Toilet was not cleaned well. Room was hot and couldnt keep the windows open due to no screens, people making noise outside and someone smoking near our window. No black out curtains so all night light was shining through window. The young man Hillary, tried everything to make our stay comfortable. he has a great personality.」
