「We had a great stay. Slightly off the beaten track but buses and trams very close by.」

「the room is very clean and beautiful. the staff is super helpful and responsive, staff name Eliso tried his best to help me change to the feature room on the second night. Unfortunately, the room is too close to the road, we moved back to the original room, but it was very sweet of him. i will definitely stay in this hotel again if i visit Turin in the future.」

「The apartment was nice and quite central. During my 2 day stay, I did not get the second set of beddings, as requested before arrival. There was also a power cut around 6am but emergency contact was only available from 10am, when i was due to check out. The instructions provided to reset this were not clear.」

「The space and facilities of the room —or rather rooms, because there was a separate sitting room and kitchen— were excellent. Rather than the hotel room I expected, this was effectively an aparthotel . The well appointed kitchen enabled me to make myself simple meals there . The bed was extremely comfortable. The location was very central , and the staff friendly and helpful. Altogether an excellent address in Central Turin.」

「Friendly staff.」

「5 minutes walk to the train station, very convenient for travelers. Quiet and clean room. The bedding is comfortable. However, the water of bathroom is not hot enough for showering. Overall is good and satisfied.」

「Great place to stay in town 」

「very happy with the hotel, staff are helpful and polite, very friendly and welcoming. 」

「The room is nice. Location is good.」

「Super Aufenthalt in Turin」

「房間隔音很差,尤其是NO.305, 306, 405, 406只隔了一個小木門,連沖馬桶或咳嗽的聲音都非常清楚,讓人無法入眠 the sound insulation is bad, especially NO.305, 306, 405, 406 only have a wooden door between two rooms, the noise is incredible loudly ! barely to sleep. 早餐很普通 breakfast is very common 火車站附近的環境很髒亂 the environment nearby Porta Nuova main station is not good」
