"I will give it maybe a two star the room was decent. One thing I didn’t like is I went to the office multiple times because my key will not work. They tell you not to put the key by a phone. Don’t go in the casino with it. Don’t have it by any debit cards and I didn’t do those and my card still went out then there’s no staff at the 7 PM. There was no alternative number on the door so if you get stuck out, you’ll have to sleep in your car and that’s what I had to do. I was very upset and I would never go to the hotel ever again then they tell me that the keys do not work because they need new keys and I feel like that’s an inconvenience. I also decided to take my dogs since they was a pet friendly dog. I took the dog in the grass when I bought the dog in. It was fleas on my dog face horrible experience."

"Best pool bar on the strip. Rooms are clean and staff was very nice. I had a little discrepancy in a charge at the pool bar, but called and spoke with a few managers after realizing the issue the day I left. All the managers were very helpful and took care of the issue. I will be going back!! FYI if you arrive earlier than check-in time, you will have access to the H20 pool bar all day and if you go down before check-out time and get your wrist band for H20 pool bar for that day. You will be able to use the H20 pool bar area that day as well. Great place to chill with your family and friends!!"
