Theresa’s place was great! Nice quiet residential area but 5 minutes away from shops, restaurants and the beach. It was the perfect spot to explore Vancouver and beyond. And the perfect spot to come back to after a day/night of activities. Comfortable and plenty of room for my daughter & I and having the off street parking was very convenient. We’re already making plans to come back!

The accommodation was a health and safety issue. The smoke Alam was disconnected, carbon monoxide monitor was non functional and stored in a closet. The gas oven leaked gas which filled the house with fumes and the windows were difficult to open because they were old. The dishwasher didn’t work. The shower also didn’t work and there was a bees nest at the back door …… to mention a few of the issues.The owner was non responsive on many occasions and did not address our issues in a timely manner.
