Cozy retreat in a classic home

  • This neighborhood is safe and peaceful. The area is clean and I have small garden to grow tomatoes and beans .It also in a prime location ; restaurants ; stores; markets ; pharmacies , and bus stop just 5 min walk ; short walk to Joyce - Collingwood train station ,Central Park ,basketball court ,and tennis court; nearby 2 large shopping centers : Metropolis at Metrotown and The amazing Brentwood. My place is newly renovated in 2024-2025 with brand new furniture and appliance. We welcome you to the Joyce Collingwood neighborhood to enjoy fresh air , beautiful views, and delicious food!

The host was amazing she let us check in early because our flight landed in the morning and was very helpful. The suite was exactly what we needed and in a nice location where we easily accessed the transit.

Overall, the property has some great features, including its size, comfortable beds, and location, but the persistent cat urine smell throughout the unit and the overall cleanliness would need to be addressed for me to consider staying here again.The biggest issue during our stay was a strong smell of cat urine throughout the unit. The odor was noticeable as soon as we arrived and persisted for the duration of our stay. It made the space feel less clean and significantly affected our overall experience.I also felt that the property could have been cleaned more thoroughly before our arrival. Additionally, I would have preferred a modern keypad or smart lock instead of having to use physical keys, as it would have felt more convenient and secure. We could also hear sneezing, door slamming, and loud steps from the above and adjacent tenants.The host was communicative and kind, and the property had everything we desired. Just be mindful of noises and cat smell if you decide to book.
