Stayed for 4 nights. Older motel and it shows. Pool was not available, breakfast was fairly limited to toast, bagels, sugary cereal. Overall the room was comfortable. No elevator. It would have been nice to have plastic bags for lining the ice bucket. Olivia was very helpful and friendly.

Clean room but the water is so strong that it splashes all throughout the bathroom. No pool and common bathroom at the ground floor when we went this oct. Breakfast is just fine. No cooked breakfast: only bread, coffee, cereal, some fruits which is ok to start the day. Close to vancouver mall And restaurants nearby. Overall good price for family and our fur baby.

The property doesn’t look anything like the photos. Not very clean no maintenance done. There was breakfast, which was nice. Girl that greeted us was friendly. We asked for towels and it took two days before we got them.

The hotel is clean, and functional. The bed was clean and well made. The shower was hot. However, the place is old and run down. The tub needed resurfacing or replacing. The countertop was stained. The was no coffee pot or coffee. No cups for water. No blow dryer, no iron, no suitcase rack, no phone. The pool and spa closed. It was a place to sleep.

The staff was nice, the place is falling apart. Some rooms are being re-done, the whole place smelled of paint, rust on all the metal door frames for the bathrooms, and wall paper peeling off the walls. I understand renovations, but this was ridiculous. Pool and spa are out of order, even the TV wouldn't work. They offered to switch us to another room, but this was already our 2nd room, the first one the door lock malfunctioned and we couldnt get in. The beds are squeaky and lumpy, and the pillows ancient. Even the washcloths were branded from Walmart. Nice people, will not be back.

Just a quick note: if you have limited mobility, dont stay here. There is no elevator. After I learned this they were, thankfully, able to put me on the first floor. There has been construction going on at this hotel for a long time, pool and hot tub were shut down for repairs. Room was plenty clean and had everything I needed. But there was damage o the carpet and the smoke detector was busted. Not a bad stay. Even though there were obvious permanent residents there, my stay was quiet. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Location is good, the mall is very close to the hotel. But the facility is very old, hair dryer is not work. The TV turn on automatically in the mid night 5-6 times, is so annoying. I do not visit again.
