Fully Furnished Holiday Rental 02 BR Suite

This cozy and functional suite has its own private entrance and is perfect for all your needs, with 2 private bedrooms with queen sized beds, a private bathroom, kitchen, TV, WiFi, hardwired internet, and a seating area. Free parking is available on premises.

Owners live Upstairs (Onsite). As we live Upstairs (on site), so any genuine demands to make your stay more comfortable will be fulfilled in a timely fashion. You can ring the doorbell at the front door or please feel free to call me to get in touch with me.

Staying at this suite, you will be centrally located to Downtown Surrey, Vancouver, White Rock, SkyTrain and highway access.

Extra people can be accommodated for with an extra fee. Maximum of 06 Guests can be accommodated. Mattress, Bedding & Blankets will be provided for extra Guests.

No pets, no smoking on property premises, no partying.

Clean and modern apartment in a beautiful residential neighborhood. I slept like a baby. Owners are friendly and made sure I had everything I needed. Wifi works well, heat system too, parking, tons of hot water. Loved it!!!!

The suite was very clean. There were things missing that were odd: we were given two hand towels and two bath towels, but no washcloths. We were given bedding, pillows, and a comforter, but no top sheet or blanket, so the choice was between heavy comforter and nothing. Fridge had ice maker turned on but not connected, so it made grinding noises all day/night. Host was very quick to respond on all concerns we brought up because they lived upstairs. Vrbo ads make it seem like the property will be empty except for "you", but this is a basement apartment with the host upstairs and another guest suite beside you. Access was in backyard; path was reasonable, but the motion lights did not always come on. However, for the money spent, this was a good place.

Clean, modern, full kitchen,TV. Mr. Jassi is a good communicator, welcoming, and strives to make his guests comfortable. He even offered a ride from the closest Skytrain station, which is a short bus ride or 15 -20 min walk away. I would definitely stay here again.

A great space, clean and modern.The host is fantastic, very attentive and caring.There was a discrepancy in the amount of beds listed in the ad and what's actually there. The host attended to it.Listing says washer and dryer but there was none.When we come back we hope to stay here again.
