1.位置距斗市中心較遠、但巴士可直達。來回巴士站在對面及門前,也算方便。 2.酒店只有两層、面對大街,有車輛噪音、妨礙入睡。 3.房間在二樓、無升降機,搬運大型行李較辛苦。故宜商務住客、不利旅遊住客。 4.房間尚算四正、唯設備多;尤其沒有電熱水壺、只有咖啡冲機、對亞洲遊客不太方便。

Thank you taking the time to submit a review. We agree our location is convenient. We have a bus stop right in front of the lobby. In 10 minutes you will be in the heart of Vancouver close to all the attractions. For those that drive we offer complimentary parking which is hard to find in Vancouver. We are a small 30 room boutique hotel with only 1 floor of rooms. Yes I agree it would be nice to have an elevator. Thanks again for taking the time

I will share this review with our housekeeping staff to ensure that no other guests feel this way. Yes you are correct we are home to the famous Tiki Bar adjacent to our Italian Restaurant. The room 104 shall never be used to accommodate people. The front desk warned us before about the music and the high noise due to that but the main problem was the noise coming from the road. The windows were like there is no window at all. All the vehicles and the people's sound were like they were also in the room.

the place was pretty dismal, the price was agreeable for vancouver, but you got exactly what you paid for. I worked in hotels and never seen a place so inflexible about check in times, and whoever designed the bathroom in my suite had either no intention of a person using it, or a twisted sense of humour. Stayed there in 2006 and was looking forward to coming back, but that was the last time

Worst Ghetto of Vancouver! We went in and booked out immediately. They let you know that they’re not responsible for the damage to your car which is not reassuring with all the broken glass in the parking lot. People in that area give you an immense feeling of insecurity, you don’t want to be there, especially at night. Around the place there’s graffiti everywhere, trash everywhere, the hotel is part of a bar and the only reassuring thing is the key lock on the front door of the building which seem totally necessary due to the outside surroundings but doesn’t put you completely at ease due to the emergency door that doesn’t even close of completely, you can see outside from the gap of the door. Would never recommend this place.

Bad experience, Did not know that Hasting St is known for homeless, extremely unsafe. The rooms are upstairs and the bar downstairs, Bad idea if you want to sleep and rest. The receiver was rude and was not polite in answering our questions. HORRIBLE !!!!!!!!!

The downsides of this hotel are out of their control mostly, and I can’t blame them for it as they do charge less than other hotels, but I paid extra specifically to get a room that wasn’t noise impacted. I was told over the phone that by upgrading I wouldn’t be able to hear the music at all, but it was so loud I could feel it in my bed, and needed earplugs to fall asleep. Other than that, there are very few plugs in the room, making it hard to charge electronics. A third criticism would be that the blinds are very translucent, and there was a streetlight directly outside our window. This could be solved by upgrading the blinds to block out the light, it was very hard to sleep between the noise and the light.

VERY loud. Would have appreciated being told in advance that the room we booked was directly above a nightclub and to expect our entire room to be vibrating until 2am. I get that there is a venue on the premise, but we were not informed of how close our room was and to expect that much noise. It was pretty insane. (And that is coming from someone who was JUST at a concert an hour before)

We were told by the front desk there wouldn't be a party tonight and when we came back with our luggage and kids ready to sleep, there was a lot of music and super loud bass after complaining and asking to be moved we were constantly told no and that it was a private party and they couldn't do anything and wouldn't refund us.

The hotel rooms are above a restaurant (open late) and, worse, a tiki bar. When we arrived on Friday we were warned that our room was above the Tiki Bar, music would be loud, and we were given ear plugs by the front desk. Starting 10pm the live music started and it was very loud (the ear plugs would have done nothing). Starting 11pm it seemed a DJ took over and our entire room was heavily vibrating from the bass. I went down to the front desk about 11:20pm and said we must change rooms - there is no way we can sleep. The person was very nice and did switch us into a room that was not over the tiki bar so the noise was considerably diminished - although now we could hear the street noise through the single-pane windows. Luckily the street outside isn't too busy in this area so we were able to get some sleep. Saturday night there seemed to be no music at the Tiki Bar so we got an even better night's sleep. The people working the desk seemed very nice and helpful, but just be aware of possible noise issues if you stay here. If you are staying out late yourself and want a cheaper option for a place to crash, this seems like your spot.

Loved the friendly, helpful staff. Older building has been updated with modern HVAC, solid WiFi, fridge & coffeemaker in-room. Clean and comfortable. Window opens! Nice restaurant/bar adjacent to lobby. Grocery store across the street. Taxi at the push of a button and a bus stop out front.

Room was small but comfortable. Had some challenges figuring out handheld temperature control, room varied between too warm and too cold, ended up just turning it completely off. TV remote didn't work for volume control. Small market right across the street. Area around hotel was a bit sketchy, even worse a few blocks west.

It did the trick for one night. Cute vibe but room was really small and dirty. I went across the street and bought Lysol wipes because I just couldn’t even lol after I wiped everything down I felt like I could touch things. The mattress was an old spring mattress that had dips throughout. All and all I would not stay again.
