"Location - outstanding, Amenities- full service, cleanliness- sparkling, view from our well appointed spacious room - WOW. The staff could not have been more helpful. Parking was so easy and safe with a simple elevator ride to the lobby. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else in Vancouver."

"Our first night (only a single night before our cruise), was a bit disappointing when I compared our room to the pictures on the website. I brought this up to the staff and asked if I could get a room much higher. I did have to pay an additional $50 per night when we returned from our cruise but the cost was worth it. Our second stay was such a beautiful room, with a great view, it looked exactly as expected from the website. The staff were so friendly and accomodating, our room on both stays was ready withing 30 minutes of us arriving onsite (by 0800 in the morning). The belhops were outgoing and wanting to assist us with our baggage; most other hotels I have stayed at, the belhops wait for you to ask or point to the luggage trolly. Unfortunately with everything going on I cannot remember everyones name but the young staffer that called me on the phone and checked us in is such a wonderful and personal person to have at the desk and she really made our visit wonderful; My wife and I only remember that her name started with an M, she was young, pretty, and she had light brown hair with highlights."

"Great airport hotel within a few minutes walk from the terminal. Beds were comfortable and we like that the bathroom had north bathtub and shower. A bonus that the hotel uses Le Labo products! We definitely will stay there again for an overnight layover."

"We had a truly excellent stay . The suite had what it needed . It was quite beautiful . Pillows were great . The pool and spa room didn’t disappoint. The staff were very friendly , the view in the room was incredible . My own complaint is the lighting in the bedroom was dim . And the key cards needed to be replaced very often . It’s like each and every time we left and came back our keys didn’t work . This got very frustrating , waiting for the elevator .. going up just to find out the key didn’t work . Over and over again . This was quite ridiculous . Over all great stay . But the key cards not working repeatedly was rather annoying ."
