When we booked, it is written breakfast included. However they canceled it from January but cost the same price. But overall it is a good location with nice hardware and the staffs are friendly.

The check in experience is so so as the front desk wasn't quite friendly, but room is big w/ plenty of the space. Location is nice to access to everywhere.

AN OK-STAY BUT SERVICE NEEDS IMPROVEMENT
The room was pleasing but full of curry smell. The toilet in the smaller bath was watering whenever flash. Breakfast is simple but ok to start a day. However, the staff, AMY, who is in charge of serving breakfas in the dining room, was not organized and left piles of plates in the sink. Also her serving manner and attitude was unpleasant; she even flapped my hand when I tried to get juice from the machine.

Location was great. The facility itself is very old and neglected. Bathrooms were very old and some showers didn’t work. The beds were uncomfortable. The room was too warm and AC didn’t work and also was at least 30 years old.0

No air conditioning and the rooms were too hot . The handles on the windows were broken so I couldn’t open the window in the rooms. Went to ask staff if there was an ice machine . Was looked at funny because apparently I should have know it was broken . Pool had so much chlorine that it burned my skin .

Good but not great ( fine but just barely )
Staff very gracious, suite large and accommodating. Soft goods acceptable , houseware at or slightly below par, soaps and bathroom products below par Furniture dated, worn and mostly uncomfortable. As you pivot to higher end clientele and rates, improve your products at touch pints and you will keep pace. Failure to provide experience at your current rates, other competitors in Vancouver BC market will gain my ( and others’ ) business ahead of this hotel.

Very dated property wall paper peeling, beds old and worn out, carpets lifting. Staff moderately helpful but don’t really seem to know what they’re doing. Garbage bags left in hallways overnight by cleaning staff. While the are is convenient I think the price charged for the rooms are a bit rich given the shoddiness of the building and suites themselves.

Located in a good and walkable area. The staffs were not friendly and not welcoming at all. In general Canada doesn’t have a good customer service and it’s so disappointing. The hotel doesn’t have any amenities. We asked one time for cleaning during our stay and they didn’t even clean up the beds at all which was shocking to me. overall not bad but I wouldn’t go there anymore.

Relaxing on vaca in Vancouver.
Visiting Vancouver with my brother and his wife and it was so nice to be under one roof. We love the apartment feel to the place. It allowed us each a bedroom but also a common area to watch tv and talk casually together.

This was such an excellent place to stay with our 3 teenagers. We were able to walk to Rogers arena for a concert, take the seabus to Granville Island, everyone has their own space, amazing bakery across the street. Staff was helpful and friendly!
