Stayed for three nights and did not receive room service even once. The staff also failed to inform us that guests are still required to pay for parking, which resulted in a $260 parking fine. The location itself was great, the restaurant was good, and the convenience store on-site was a nice touch.

Staff was good, room clean, shuttle service great, only negative feedback is the room next to me was a group of younger people that had no respect for other people trying to sleep. Very loud talking and loud tv after 10 pm . I beat on the adjoining door twice to quiet them down.

Nice room and good restaurant that was open late. Shuttle to airport was overbooked so we had to take a taxi. They need more shuttle buses to accommodate the number of guests going to the airport as it’s an airport hotel!

I had an overall pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the property had a comfortable atmosphere. I also appreciate that it’s pet-friendly, which is a great option for travelers with furry companions. That said, there were a couple of issues during my stay. The shower area had a noticeable wet dog smell, which may be related to the pet-friendly policy. Additionally, there was quite a bit of banging noise late into the night that sounded like construction, which made it difficult to fully relax. With a little more attention to these details, this hotel could provide an even better experience. I’m hopeful these concerns will be addressed for future guests.

Parking through Easy Park was not a good experience I got the parking ticket despite having paid for 3 days through machine. The staff was unable to assist except guided to go to website or call easy park. I will be mindful next time when such parking conditions are offered.

Our room was opened when we first arrived, fire/smoke alarm in our room was deactivated or unplugged, front hotel sliding doors don’t work so if you have a lot of luggage/bags it makes it incredibly difficult to get in the hotel, and they didn’t have any bell hoppers or carts available.

My flight from Toronto to Vancouver was 7.5 hours late. With great DIFFICULTY I contacted the front desk to inform them that I would be late and not to give up my room. I found on line that late check in can be up until 7:00 am. Unfortunately when I arrived EXTREMELY tired at the desk before m7:00am, my room had been flipped. Because it had been allocated as an Expedia No Show - it took up to 20 minutes to check in .

The room was extremely noisy, impossible to sleep. Room 238, there were machines outside the window, I actually thought the window was open. Perhaps rooms on higher levels are better. Certainly disappointing to not be able to get a much needed sleep

Clean room great housekeepers. Since front desk has different person everytime there is no accurate information on requesting for something that is needed for the room. You need to pay for early check in which is understandble but why pay for early check out? But to top off my family and i had a good stay. Would recommend

Cleaning staff was friendly, but the front desk staff I found rude and didn’t seem to want to be there. I tried calling the front desk multiple times, nobody would answer, the text option they had no answer on that, I went down with questions about checkout, and they responded one word very rudely. The restaurant staff was great, and the food was good. But because of the front desk staff, I will never stay at this location again
