    Spacious Living: Enjoy a thoughtfully designed layout featuring two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a spacious livingroom with a Sofabed.

    steps away from a variety of local cafes, restaurants, boutique shops, West Point Grey park and Jericho beach. The UBC is just a short drive or bike ride away. Additionally, the suite offers easy access to public transportation
    No Drug or Cannabis use, Open Flames, Candles or Fireworks Anywhere on the property---Indoors or Outdoors

    No Smoking of cigars, marijuana, chew tobacco and e-cigarettes.

    No undeclared guests, No parties, no Events.

    Keep noise to a minimum from 10 pm to 8 am.

    Please pay attention to garbage sorting and recycling.

    If there are any damages or missing items, the replacement cost will be ducted from security deposit or sought after.

Check in was smooth. The whole property is well maintained and clean with all the required necessities. We stayed there for five days and stay was comfortable. Host / Manager is quick to respond. I had to ask for sugar and it was with us in less than 10 minutes. Overall a good place to stay. May visit again.
