Absolutely loved our stay! Very close to gas station for snacks, gym next door, as well as liquor store and cafe. Walking distance to the Skytrain terminals. The lady who checked us in on Thursday afternoon (04/18/24) was very helpful, informative, and extremely kind. We went out for the evening, and when we came back she asked if we wanted coffee made for in the morning. She told us everything that was available from breakfast to snacks. Will absolutely be staying here in the future! Very quiet, secure, peaceful, and extremely clean hotel.

Beware of Deposit Scam ! I was charged 80$ just for some dirt on bedsheets when I paid 20$ extra for pet friendly room. The stains were not permanent should easily be gone by a single wash. Seems like they try to compensate the low rates by charging on deposits. Very disappointed. I told them I dont agree with these charges but they said they would proceed anyways.

Despite our efforts to salvage the situation through hand-washing and professional laundering, the bedding remained stained and unfit for further use. We provided photographic evidence of the stains and attempted to convey the necessity of replacement.We understand your desire to resolve the matter through washing; however, the nature of the stains made them resistant to removal. Consequently, we were compelled to replace all bedding items to maintain our standards of cleanliness and guest comfort.The 80 charge for replacement bedding reflects the actual cost incurred due to these unforeseen circumstances. While we regret any frustration this may have caused, we assure you that our intention is always to provide a pleasant and hygienic environment for all our guests.Thank you for your understanding.

The room was basic and small, but comfortable and clean. Staff was kind. Unfortunately, there is an un-advertised $20 per night extra charge if you bring a pet. I had fully paid for the room ahead of time, but had to pay an extra $40 for the room when I arrived because of this. If I had known about the extra charge, I would have gone elsewhere - but it was late, and I had no other option since I was past the cancellation date by the time I arrived.

The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I was just staying for one night and needed a place to stay near a site I was visiting the following morning. I wasnt sure after reading some of the reviews but took a chance and was glad I did. I had the deluxe king suite and the room wS clean and renovated. The bed eas very comfortable with great linens and I got a good sleep. Yes there is no coffee maker in the rooms, but there is a machine in the lobby that made me a deliscious latte for $1.50 along with a bunch of snacks like popcorn and granola bars. I will stay here again if I am in the area again.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We regret any discomfort caused by the charge for the soiled linens and towels. The condition in which the room was left posed a significant challenge to our housekeeping team. In addition to the blood-stained sheets, we also had to dispose of six towels and two cushions due to their condition, as they were no longer usable. The room required extensive airing out, and we were unable to rent it out for three days as a result. We believe the amount charged for the replacement of these items is justified given the circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a more positive experience in the future.

Wasn't sure what to expect when booking this room but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. Bed was comfortable and clean and had excellent bed linen. The towels were big and fluffy. The rooms were well equipped with almost everything you'd need. The only thing that was missing for me was a coffee maker in the room.

SUFFOCATING AND NO VENTILATOON AT ALL
Absolutely No Ventilation in the room. They had a useless portable air-conditioning unit with NO outside exhaust connection. All the hot air was recirculating in the room and it caused even more heat and suffocation disturbing sleep. Everything was cramped and there was hardly any space left in the room as it was stacked with unwanted things. Not at all a worthy place for the money they charged.

I stayed for one night as it was the closest hotel to where I needed to be the next day. It's in a shopping plaza - a little unexpected but absolutely fine!! The room was modern and the bed was comfortable. There was an odd smell throughout the hallway & room, however, I went nose blind to it relatively quickly. There was an air freshener in the room which helped! The staff were super friendly and helpful. Check in was quick too. It was quiet all night until around 9am - there is a daycare in the plaza and the kids were playing directly under my window. I was already awake, so it wasn't an issue for me - but worth noting. Overall a great stay - I'd come back if I needed to be in this area again!

This place was fantastic! The staff were some of the friendliest I’ve met at a hotel. The room was quiet and clean and comfortable. It was perfect for what we needed which was just a place to lay our head for a few hours overnight while traveling.

Review of stay
Electrical outlets were not in good shape. There was only one in which I was able to place the plug in the outlet. The bathroom outlet was not working. Security is sub standard with use of keys instead of plastic key cards, which would enable a guest to have a key cut, then return later as a thief to enter rooms and steal things.
