The attitude of the workers is quite good. They are polite and helpful. The overall environment is OK, the evening glow is stunning. Free parking for hotel guests. Breakfast in Starbucks is a good choice. Location is a bit far away from major tourist spots, but still accessible thr Skytrain and bus. Skytrain Bridgeport Station connects to the hotel.

The hotel facilities are very old and the service staff are inefficient. I can't open my room with my room card. I ran back and forth five times before they found someone to repair it and didn't change my room. Their attitude is extremely arrogant. The attitude of casino staff is also very poor. I don't recommend this hotel very much. It's my worst experience in Vancouver.

It’s clean and is located next to great transit options for downtown. For the price of the room, nothing blew me away, it was all pretty standard. Took me 20 minutes to figure out how to turn the shower on as it isn’t like any faucet I’ve seen. Maybe put up a sign or have it in the welcome notes.

The front desk staff are excellent! Courteous, friendly, helpful and accommodating. There is noise from planes flying over the hotel. The hotel is well kept.
