Une "pépite" au cœur de Vannes !!!

L'appartement est 100% fidèle à la description et aux photos. Le logement est impeccable, (propreté, mobilier design, confort 4*, débit internet...), ultra bien équipé (literie, cuisine très fonctionnelle et batterie de cuisine au top !) Les 2 terrasses sont un havre de paix, dans un écrin de verdure et de tranquillité (un magnifique parc arboré tout autour), et le centre de Vannes à 10 minutes à pied, où toutes les boutiques, les commerçants et artisans de la bouche, satisferont les attentes de tout un chacun. L'accès au parking privé et garage sécurisé est le nec + ultra pour les bourlingueurs qui souhaitent découvrir le Golfe du Morbihan. N'hésitez pas ! c'est une valeur sure pour un séjour de rêve !!!

Very happy with this apartment

Location is excellent, about 15 minute walk to town center. The apartment feels like you are in a rural area and is very quiet. We stayed for 11 days and have only good comments to make about this apartment. Parking is excellent in an secure and spacious underground garage and it was easy to access from any direction. There are two large balconies!

Belle découverte à Vannes !

Appartement très bien entretenu et joliment meublé. Il y a 2 très belles terrasses ensoleillées donnant sur de beaux arbres. Beaucoup d'intimité. A 5 minutes à pied de la marina et de la vieille ville. Il y a beaucoup de choses à faire et de bons restaurants. Il y a également beaucoup à découvrir dans la région. Une excursion en bateau sur l'une des îles est absolument recommandée. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. A répéter !

Beautiful Apartment

This is a beautiful apartment in a quiet area on the outskirts of Vannes. It is still an easy walk to the centre of the town. It is very artistically furnished and the balcony and terrace give you options for eating and relaxing in the sun, or the shade! Highly recommended.
