"The Hotel Continental was truly an amazing place to stay. Upon arrival, the friendly valet took our rental car off our hands. Stefano at the check-in desk made us feel welcomed and helped us with our Genoa and Portifino trip planning, along with local information and helpful suggestions. The hotel is very close to the train station and ferry so its ideal to not have a car (or just leave it parked at the hotel). Our room was spacious and comfortable. We opted to stay in a room facing the town and it was fine but a bit loud with the motorcycles and trucks in the morning. Next time we will opt for a room facing the water. The dining options were very nice and we enjoyed the breakfast buffet and had an amazing dinner. The bar also had a nice selection and we enjoyed cocktails overlooking the beautiful town and waterfront at sunset. The ladies enjoyed the on-site spa too. Overall, we really appreciate the hotel and the superb staff that made our stay special. We look forward to our next visit! "

"M5T in Corniglia is conveniently located in central Cinque Terre. Corniglia is beautiful and quaint, a nice respite from the more crowded towns of CT. Our room was very comfortable and clean with two spacious outdoor patios. There is a phenomenal view of Manarola from the room. The room was equipped with an espresso machine with complimentary coffee, snacks, water and wine! The bathroom is very nicely decorated. The shower is small but big enough to enjoy great water pressure and seemingly unlimited hot water. The room was meticulously cleaned every morning and restocked. The host, Massimiliano, was everything you could hope for- gracious, informative, and helpful. He will take good care of you! The restaurant, La Posada, connected to the guest house is excellent for dinner. There are several good places to walk into town for an Italian breakfast with a view. Thank you again Massimiliano! I would definitely stay here again if I’m lucky enough to return to Cinque Terre."

"It was our 3rd and final visit. Each time there have been issues at check-in and check-out, I forget until the next stay, a terrible check-in; the rooms were not ready, even though we arrvived late afternoon well after check-in time. The front desk person was pushy and did a very long-winded up-sell that made no sense, as we had booked 3 rooms for privacy. The apartment he tried multiple times to up-sell had 2 rooms, with the 2nd divided by a flimsy partition. Breakfast was nice."
