The hamlet enjoys a prime location at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlift, directly accessible via a central elevator. Underground parking is available at the bottom of the residence.
Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and ski rentals are just 200 meters away. Surface area : about 32 m². 4th floor. Orientation : East, South-East, South. View mountain. Living room with bed-settee. Bedroom with double bed (140*190).
