It would have been nice not to have to block the shower drain because of the smell. Also the heater fan worked but not the heat. Had to use the hot water from the shower to heat the room. The Richard coffee was excellent !

Déçu !
C'est la deuxième fois que nous réservons dans ce lieu. La première fois, c'était fantastique ! Donc, nous avons voulu renouveler l'expérience. Mais, cette fois-ci, nous étions dans un appartement où il y a eu des problèmes avec la propreté de la douche et l'eau de la salle de bain qui sortait marron. Nous n'avons pas pu prendre de douche. La prochaine fois, on sera plus attentif avant de nous installer.

Accueil inexistant chambre introuvable
Ce n’est plus ce que c’était : à 19h, plus personne à l’accueil alors que c’était 20h avant (et sur leur répondeur). Numéro de téléphone d’astreinte urgent : personne ne répond!! Éclairage extérieur automatique défectueux ou inexistant : impossible de voir l’accès à la chambre et comme le plan est incomplet, j’ai failli tomber 2 fois en montant plusieurs escaliers pour trouver cette satanée chambre! J’ai flingué mon sac de voyage tout neuf :( Les indications pour trouver les chambres 400 et des brouettes sont incomplètes et le lieu mal éclairé voire se trouve dans l’obscurité totale … Nous avons très mal commencé notre séjour ! Si vous voulez supprimer du personnel, faites-le intelligemment et organisez correctement la distribution des chambres et les moyens de les trouver!

Riesen grosses Apartment, 2 bequeme Sofas, 2 badezimmer(!), separates WC, gutes Bett. Küche ist klein aber ok, mit Espresso maschine und Spülmaschine! Schöner möblierter Balkon. Viele Kleinigkeiten nicht funktionsfähig /kaputt. Ein handyman müsste ein paar Stunden da verbringen dann wäre alles gut! Sehr schöne rhige Lage. Der Pool war schmutzig, zu wenig Wasser - nicht gut nutzbar.

The floor was very dirty. We had to change the appartement because the 1st had broken furniture and a broken light and weird smell. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. We didn't have water for 1hr on one day but the staff was very helpful and fixed it asap
