「Great house in Cul-de-sac. Nice one level was great for my elderly mother. Plenty of room, and BIG, comfortable beds! Quiet neighborhood, yet easy access to the interstate and Coulter. Many stores, places to eat, etc are just a few minutes away. Really loved our location. 」

The main bathroom and second bedroom door do not close, this isn’t a huge deal, but the on-suite bathroom shower had no pressure. After a long day of travel, this was so disappointing. 「This was a convenient stop for us on our way from Dallas to Colorado located just off US 385. The house is located in the center of Channing with a nice view of horses out the picture windows in the living room.As noted in other reviews, the house is located next to a rail line. We knew this going in but the trains came through at all hours of the night and sounded a horn due to the nearby intersection.Overall the house was fairly clean but it needs a deep clean to be rated higher. 「My wife and I stayed here with three young boys and it was great. The house was very clean and comfortable. I have no complaints about it. It was located within 5 minutes of the botanical garden and children's discovery center which has a fun splash pad area and a nice park with unique equipment. It's also super convenient to gas stations, grocery stores, and all manner of food and drink. We would definitely stay here again, it was just what we needed.」
