「The only issue was a clogged sink in bathroom which we reported and was never taken care of until our third day. We reported it on our second day at breakfast to our waitress and she said she would take care of it. Unfortunately if she did anything we didn’t see a difference until another delightful lady came back to our room and undid the sink stopper and used a coat hangar to remove gross black crud. It was a nasty dirty job but she happily did it with a smile. My kind of worker. She was well...

「Beautiful location and very comfortable space. Unfortunately we did not receive timely location or check in instructions from owner through VRBO. Manager was helpful but spotty phone service made it difficult. Thank goodness we were there during daylight as it would have been very difficult to locate at night. 」

「The threat of flash floods colored our stay. Waiting for river to subside before we could get home to roads that required 4wd didnt add to the experience.
The house had lots of nice points, like quiet, quaint decor, and comfortable. But it has a touch of unfinished project,the front door required kicking to open( really wet caused swelling). Water coming in bedroom causing large puddles because of door gap.
The host was very helpful and happily answered our requests.」

「This property is not fit for occupancy. There are multiple trip hazards, fire hazards, and personal injury issues with this facility.
Luckily the owner will have likely addressed and remediated these issues for you to see the true beauty and spectacular views in the area. Some of the most beautiful views in New Mexico are in this area.
Bring multiple cameras and take photos that are truly capable of filling any decor, rough and rugged, or very eclectic.
Dont miss this one once the repairs...
