Situated right in the heart of the marina, this apartment features a bedroom with a comfortable 150-sized bed, as well as a double sofa bed in the bright living-dining area. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils for a pleasant stay, including a ceramic hob, electric filter coffee maker, kettle, oven, toaster, fridge, microwave, washing machine, and more.



The bathroom boasts a modern shower tray. Enjoy all the comforts with air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, high-speed wifi, and satellite TV with over 500 channels.



Located facing the marina, the apartment offers a south-facing orientation and fantastic views of the harbor, allowing you to savor breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Two of the best beaches in the area, Playa de la Caleta and Playa del Puerto, are just a few steps away. Malaga city is only a 30-minute drive away, Nerja and Frigiliana are 20 minutes away, and Granada is an hour and a half away.



Bring your pets along! They are welcome with prior notice and a small supplement of €35 per pet per stay. We also offer airport transportation services to make your arrival even more convenient.



It's important to note that due to drought in the area, the municipality has implemented water cuts from 11:00 PM to 7:45 AM, although the building has a water tank to minimize inconveniences.
