Beautiful private villa located in a quiet residential area with a magnificent breathtaking view of the sea and the mountains, for extraordinary unforgettable stays.
On which you enjoy a private swimming pool with sea water and a large terrace with the most beautiful panoramic view of the breathtaking Mediterranean landscape, accompanied by a good glass of wine and a tapas of the country .
Spacious and bright villa with 3 bedrooms, a large living room with open fire, Satellite TV, Wifi, equipped kitchen, a bathroom, a shower room and A large terrace with barbecue which will make you spend a successful holiday, corresponding to your wishes and relax. The garden around the house which offers all year round pleasant scenes to see.
The villa is 400 meters from the beach, where you can enjoy a large amount of chiringuitos, restaurants and wine bar to satisfy all tastes as a friendly couple. The Spanish sun throughout the year to spend pleasant moments and to walk and relax with endless beaches.

The villa is 35 minutes drive from Málaga Airport and 15 minutes from famous destinations such as Nerja with the stalactite cave, and as one of the most famous typical white villages (such. B. Frigiliana) and the mountain landscapes of Andalusia, It houses shops, cafes, restaurants from which you can see a magnificent view of the Mediterranean Sea. The chapel of San Antonio is an important visit.
The visits are also worth having Málaga, Mijas Pueblo, Marbella, Ronda, Gibraltar, Granada with the Alhambra, Cordoba and Seville ..

Wij hadden er een heel goede vakantie . Het huis heeft alles wat je van een vakantiewoning verwacht . Een mooie ligging , prachtig uitzicht over de zee , goede bedden , mooie nieuwe badkamers , een goed uitgeruste keuken en heerlijk proper zwembad , de communicatie met de verhuurder verliep vlekkeloos . De woning is al oud en dit laat zich zien , ook de meubels zijn gedateerd. Mensen die aan hun privacy gehecht zijn komen er best niet . Maar het overheersend gevoel is goed , wij overwegen om terug te keren

Wonderful for a break

Fantastic location (with car). The house was impecable and well prepared. We enjoyed the pool, going out and a bbq evening at home. The house had all we needed and there is a lot to see and visit nearby. Would go again in a heartbeat.

Tolle Unterkunft und netter Vermieter

Die Lage der Villa ist sehr schön mit einem fantastischen Blick über die Bucht. Den Strand von Caleta de Velez erreicht man zu Fuß in ca 15 Minuten. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und bietet sehr viel Platz. Besonders schön ist die Terrasse mit dem Grill. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat uns viele gute Tipps zu Restrants und Ausflugszielen gegeben.

Amazing view

Lovely villa with fabulous outside area with beautiful views of the coast. Nice quiet neighbourhood close to amenities and not far from access to motorway links. Really good communication from Tony and lots of recommendations of restaurants in the area. Would definitely recommend!!

Great olace

Spent most of our time outside on the patio, in or and around the large pool which is unusual for a villa. The salt water is great to swim in and was very warm for late MayThe bbq was easy to get going and there is plenty of seating space. Views are superb. A very spacious villa with plenty of equipment. The furniture style maybe a little dated it’s comfy and homely. Your on holiday enjoy the views of the sea & mountains. The owner (you won’t see him) but is very helpful if you need him for anything. We will be coming back again

Great location with plenty of space for the family. Swimming pool was awesome.

Lots of space inside and outside the villa. Pool was great and views of the bay / beach beautiful. Market on Saturday morning 5 min walk away. Aldi is 10/ 15 minute walk and 2 mins in the car. Great stay for the family and well stocked with crockery, glasses and cooking equipment etc. Tony provided plenty of info in the local area and restaurants etc. Communication was excellent.

Good location with great views

The villa is located close to the local beaches shops and restaurants. The views from the patios are fantastic, watching the fishing fleet come in over breakfast was a treat. The villa was spacious for the six of us. The pool was also well maintained and clean. The villa was a bit tired, eg repairs to the baths and showers required but that did not impair on our stay. Overall, we had a good week as it is a good location for Caleta, walkable to Torre del Mar and we also caught the bus to Malaga for a day trip.

Lovely Villa With Spectacular Views

We really enjoyed our stay here. The villa feels very private. It is traditionally furnished with spacious rooms. The beds are very comfortable. The outside areas are lovely - several places to sit out in the Spanish sun or shade with views out over the bay and towards Torra del Mar. The crowning glory is the saltwater swimming pool - a great size. The villa has its own parking space a little way down the hill. It's in a great location to explore this part of the Costa del Sol. We would love to return one day.

Amazing, loved it

First ever villa holiday, did not disappoint. Totally non-touristy area, rare for the Costa del Sol. Great communication from owner. Views over the Med stunning. Too scared to hire a car but didn't really need one. Aldi, Mercadona, Lidl all walkable. Much better quality food and cheaper than UK versions of same shops.

Beautiful. A very relaxing break

Brilliant. We stayed as a family with 2 teenage daughters. We had a lovely relaxing time in the villa which was very well equipped and with more than enough space. The outdoor areas are excellent and the views are stunning. We had a hire car and was very easy to park in a private drive. All facilities worked well with excellent air conditioning. You can walk to all local amenities. I must admit the location of the villa being elevated on a hill was brilliant for the hot August Spanish weather. The cooler breeze and if needed great shaded areas, made it so comfortable to spend time outside during the day. We would happily return we had a lovely holiday.

Lovely house with fabulous views

The house is in a quiet residential area with fantastic uninterrupted views to the port and bay. This is one of the best equipped villas we have stayed in and is very comfortable. We didn't use the lovely pool much due to unseasonal wet, cold weather unfortunately. But there were plenty of books, a 1000 piece jigsaw puzzle as well as the huge tv with Netflix, Prime and YouTube installed. Tony provided plenty of information prior to our arrival and was very responsive while we were at the house. Hopefully we will return in the future.

Our holiday at Villa Monique

Please don’t hesitate to book this villa. We stayed for 10 days in August and had a great holiday with the family. This was mainly due to the glorious weather and spectacular views. The pool was great for kids and adults alike and the outside space was great. Leading up to our trip communication was great worth the owners and Peppe greeted us on our arrival and on our departure too, to return the deposit. The only negative is that internally the decor and furnishing are a little dated and in need of updating, but this is only minor grumble as most days were spent outside. Everything also was in walking distance including Aldi (closed Sundays) and restaurants by the beach, which are about a 10 to 15min walk. All in all we had a lovely time, thanks again.

Summer to remember

The villa was great, with a really well equipped kitchen. The location of the villa meant it had fantastic views of the coast of Caleta de Vèlez and Torre de Mar, which I really miss. The pool at the villa is a great size and with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor space. There are several restaurants within a short walk and an even greater selection if you're willing to walk into Torre de Mar or alternatively a short cab ride away. I can't fault the host who was fantastic and in communication with us when needed at all times. There was a small issue with the pool during our stay and I thought that might mean we couldn't use it for a period of our holiday he arranged someone to come around that day and it was functional later that afternoon. Throughout, the host would check in that we're ok and kept us updated with progress. I really couldn't fault how quickly they tried to fix things, it was really impressive.

Geniale Terasse mit wunderbarem Blick auf das Meer

Wir haben hier 6 Wochen verbracht und es war wunderbar! - Tolle Terasse ( bereits morgens ein sonniges Plätzchen zu finden, wenn man möchte ). - Der Blick auf das Meer und den Fischerei Hafen ist unbeschreiblich schön. - Parkplatz für 2 Wohnmobile (je 6,4 m lang) vorhanden. - Der offene Kamin wurde abends regelmäßig genutzt. Das notwendige Holz konnte vorab über Tony organisiert werden. - tolle, schnelle und unkomplizierte Kommunikation vorab und während des Aufenthaltes. Dafür nochmals ein großes Dankeschön. - viele gute Restaurants / Bars / Strand Cafés zu Fuß erreichbar. - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ebenfalls gut zu Fuß erreichbar ( Bäckerei, Obstladen, Supermärkte. Apotheke) - Ausflug nach Malaga und Nerja mit Alsa Bus möglich, günstig und am besten über ALSA App Fahrzeiten anschauen und auch Ticket kaufen . - Ausstattung der Villa wie in der Anzeige beschrieben . Fazit: Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen! Ein tolles Preis- Leistungsverhältnis. Danke für eine wunderbare Zeit !
