Welcome to El Balconcito del Mar on the Costa del Sol! Located in Torre del Mar in Malaga, this is a newly built beachfront apartment.
The apartment is situated in a private complex with a garden, swimming pool, and playground, perfect for the whole family. It features two bedrooms, one double room with an ensuite bathroom, and another double room with twin beds and a family bathroom.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher and washing machine.
Relax in a spacious living room with access to a large balcony offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea.
In addition, the property offers private parking, air conditioning, Smart TV, and free Wifi.
Just 500 meters from a Mercadona supermarket and 35 minutes from Malaga Airport.
Children and babies are welcome and if you need a cot and highchair, simply let us know in advance.

Spacious and well equipped apartment overlooking the Mediterranian

The title speaks for itself. A very nice, modern and clean apartment with all equipment you may need during a holiday. I think the information and photos on the home page clearly describe this apartment and it's facilities. The host was very helpful, answered my questions quickly and gave clear and useful information.
