Our house is located in a quiet, peaceful, authentic Spanish village in Benajarafe Alto.
By car it is 5 minutes on the beach of Benajarafe. There are also numerous restaurants, cafes and shops.
On the upper floor of the house are the large living room with sea views, dining area and fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms each with private bath and a guest toilet.
On the lower floor there are three further bedrooms, each with private bath as well as a laundry room.
The house can accommodate up to ten guests and is therefore also, for example, ideal for two families who want to holiday together.
On our spacious 2700 square meters of land, there are numerous sunny, but also several shaded seating areas. The house is facing south, so you can enjoy the sun from morning till night.
In the garden there are many fruit trees, such as mangoes, figs, oranges, lemons, almonds, avocados and loquats Japanese. Our guests can relax - whichever is just ripe - like use of the fresh fruit.
One of our neighbors is an organic farmer. It offers a saving on a wide range of organic vegetables and eggs. Those who wish can also keen on visiting him.
The house is fully and generously equipped - German and international television, Wi-Fi, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, kettle, coffee maker, stove / oven, dishwasher etc), towels, bed linen, some books and games.
On one of the terraces our guests a barbecue.
For guests with children, there are several toys, a travel cot and a changing table. If necessary, the pool can be secured with a metal fence.
Pets are welcome, the property is completely fenced.
For groups or families of up to four persons is also possible to rent only the upper floor. Just ask us for the price.
Our neighbors are all friendly Spaniards who residential area is heavenly quiet.
