However the bed was very hard and uncomfortable and we were only provided one flat uncomfortable pillow for each of us. There is no cleaning service (which is fine) but we each only received one towel and one towel for the floor outside the shower. Would be very nice to have an extra towel or two and an extra pillow. I realize Paris is an expensive place to stay but a...

「We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. 」
