Our property was clean and nice. It is in a beautiful park like area. It is not ideal for people without a car, because it's pretty far from Haarlem, Amsterdam and too far to walk to groceries. The kitchen was sparsely furnished, so a little hard to self-cater.

Mixed but good stuff for kids

Staff were great, pool and bouncy pillow were fantastic for the kids (6 and 8), but the accommodation I don't think was the one I paid for and was quite basic, cleanliness was not great (also not terrible), the 1 HR booking for the gym was a bit annoying and not open late. The pictures of a nice pub on site - not the case there is no pub

We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. But when we were able to ask our questions, they were very helpful!

Great base camp to travel Netherlands. Close to everything. Would recommand having a car. Planes passing by dis not boughter us. When arrived , we went to the grocerie store near by for toilet paper and food. A little bit of duck poop on our terasse everyday but maintenance people cleaned regularly.
