Elegantly renovated, comfortable, clean apartment with fine finishes.
Heating, air conditioning in all rooms, in a great location full of services, pharmacies, supermarkets and restaurants.
Adjacent to the historic center of Mestre, perfectly served to reach Venice with a taxi stop at 100mt., Bus and tram stop at 50mt. (You arrive in 10 min.) And the train station is 1km away.
In a few minutes by car or by train you can reach cities such as Treviso, Padua, Vicenza, Verona: places rich in history, monuments and ancient Venetian villas to visit.

Geräumige , gut gelegene Wohnung, leider in die Jahre gekommen.Die Wohnung und Schränke enthalten sehr viel unnötiges Billigdeko und sind leider durch gelagerte Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Lebens-und Waschmittel der Vormieter fast komplett gefüllt.Selbst auf dem Balkon stand Wäsche zum Trockenen von den Vormietern.Die Wohnung ist perfekt zum Schlafen bei geplanten Tagesbesichtigungen von Venedig , gute Verkehrsanbindung, freundlicher Service, wenn man nicht allzu pingelig ist .

Gute Lage aber leider nicht das was ich erwartet habe

Erst einmal die guten Dinge:1. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich.2. Die Lager ist sehr gut3. Der Parkplatz vor der Türe ist sehr praktischLeider haben uns einige Punkte gestört:1. City Tax wurde uns pro Person 4 abgezogen, laut Internet ist für Mestre für eine hochwertige Ferienwohnung nur 1,20 pro Person für max. 5 Nächte vorgesehen. Somit haben wir 40 statt 12 bezahlt. Bei 20 hätte ich auch nichts gesagt aber so finde ich das Abzocke.2. Es ist überhaupt kein Platz in den Schränken, da steht alles mögliche drin, alles was die Putzdame benötigt steht dort drin. 3. Es stand nasse aufgehängte Wäsche im Schlafzimmer, Handtücher usw. 4. Wir haben alle Handtücher neu gewaschen da wir uns nicht gut roch.5. Es sind keine Teelöffel und kein Geschirrtuch da6. Der Elektroherd funktioniert nicht richtig, a) sieht man nicht mehr die Stufen die man einstellen kann denn die sind alle abgerieben, b) um eine Expressokanne zu machen benötigt man 30 Minuten.Dieser Herd ist zu alt und gehört eigentlich entsorgt. 7. Diese Plastikblumen als Deko war auf den FEWO Bilder leider nicht zu sehen. Ich buche keine Wohnung mit Kunstblumen8. Die Heizkörper funktionieren nicht. Die Heizung ist abgeschaltet. Außerdem sind diese teilweise sehr verrostet, Auch das Gitter in der Dusche ist verrostet9. Die Decke im Wohnzimmer in der Schublade muffelt da liegen auch noch Kinderschuhe und ein stinkendes T-Shirt drin.10. Das Eisfach ist völlig vereist, das wurde seit Jahren nicht enteist.

Check in was a bit difficult without the house number, and even with a number, we may not have found it. However the host came and found us to show us the way. There is a one person elevator. It was close to a main piazza, a 10 minute walk to a tram and a 20 minute tram ride to Venice. More kitchenware would have been nice. It was clean. The balcony was smaller than it seemed in the photos. More shower necessities (shampoo, soap) would have been nice. There was plenty of hot water for 5 of us to shower back to back. Neighborhood was quiet.

Good space well located just off the pedestrian centre for restaurants and shops. Bus service to Venice and trams and buses to station and terminal around the corner. Good size eat in kitchen with utensils etc. Beds ok. decent bathroom. good hotter. Small balcony which would be nice for 2-3 to sit on in the summer. decent wifi and TV Good support One drawback is the weak electricity - fuses trip if you run a/c and eg kettle plus cooker or washing machine.

Alles gut zu erreichen

Das App ist geräumig, allerdings haben wir bei der Größe einen Geschirrspüler vermisst. Eine Couch im Wohnzimmer war durchgesessen, die Duschtür klemmte. Leider war die Kommunikation mit Roberto, der die Wohnung betreut, sehr schlecht. Wir hatten vor Anreise nach einem 2 Schlüssel gefragt aber leider keine Antwort erhalten . Die Busverbindung zur Piazzale Roma war problemlos und die Innenstadt von Mestre fussläufig zu erreichen

apartment still very good. only issue is that one of the settees in the living room is well past its best. otherwise everything excellent. Riccardo the owner has a tremendous attitude. Doesn't waste time at check in - does all the necessary procedures, gives necessary local info then makes it clear that it's no problem to call him or his colleague for any situation.

Nice Apartment Close to Venice Island

Nice & spacious apartment. Internet didn’t worked for the first two days but Alberto helped with resolving the issue. Kitchen need more utensils for those that plan to cook. But apartment is in great location with easy access to Venice island via bus or tram.

Perfect location for visiting Venice, bus service into Venice is very close by and inexpensive. Mestre itself is a lovely town and has nice shops and restaurants. Great place to stay, highly recommended.

Very Good Apartment.

Overall very very good. Only small issue was lack of kitchen utensils. We rent apartments instead of hotels because we like to prepare most of our meals rather than eating out. Kitchen could have done with a decent knife or two, and a medium size pot. Otherwise, location was excellent. Service was excellent. Cleanliness was excellent.Condition of apartment was excellent. Communication with owner was excellent. Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Not great for families

The apartment was clean and in a good location. Mestre was nice and everything close so if it is just somewhere ti sleep then it is adequate. However I wouldn't recommend staying here if you are likely to do any cooking. If you had the hob on and the oven it overloaded the electrity and you had a power cut. Initially we didn't know how to reset it as we weren't told so had to contact agent. It required going to entrance of apartment block and into a cupboard. The electric went 5 times in half an hour. Kids were scared as it was dark and despite this presumably being a frequent occurrence we had to try and message agent rather than being informed. Also there is a sheet telling you that you can't have all ACs on at the same time or cooker or washing machine with it.

Clean, updated, and comfortable!

We were so happy to arrive at our accommodations in Mestre! We easily took a taxi from the airport (about 15 minute drive and I believe 35 Euros). We came in very late but were greeted in person and given information. The bus stop going to Venice is just around the corner! The train station is also walking distance from the condo. We were sad to only stay two nights. We enjoyed Venice and our stay at Cardinal Massaia. Thank you for your hospitality!

Everything works!

Everything worked well and we had a quiet, comfortable, hassle-free week here in Mestre. We were met promptly on arrival and given all the information we needed to manage by ourselves. Many thanks to Riccardo and Alberto for their careful and efficient management. The apartment is also well located close to all services including transport to and from Venice. Just one suggestion: having only one set of house keys between the three of us was often the source of complicated logistics, given that we all had individual pursuits.

El apartamento esta muy bien, muy cerca del centro de Mestre, únicamente encontramos que la faltaba menaje. Éramos seis personas y solo había 4 sillas, no hay tostadora, pocas cazuelas, platos etc.. El resto perfecto.
