Cozy Home Next to Venice Island

Beautiful two bedroom house a half mile away from Venice island and a mile away from Venice beach.

Close to the island, the beach, and all major restaurants/stores. House is a 2/1 and has an outdoor patio, bbq grill, bicycles, and beach chairs/toys/umbrellas.

Note: We are in the process of modernizing the furniture. Furniture may be different when you arrive.

Graduation stay
Property was very cute and conveniently located to everything. It was very tired and would be better with out carpeting. The AC died while there so we were forced to move out 2 days early. We were given a different unit the 1st night and reimbursed for the 2nd.

The property is an old home that needs major upgrades. The property did not look anything like the pictures. The bathroom had ants and the water smelled and tasted like rust. The water in the shower trickled out and it took a very long time to wash up. All the carpets were stained to the point where your feet were black if shoes were off. The only good that came out of my trip was the bed, very comfortable. I left 2 days before and stayed in a hotel because I could not stand the conditions.

This property is the perfect Venice, Florida location. It was clean, comfortable and very reasonable pricing. Pet friendly as well. Enjoyed the stay! Will definitely book again in the future.

The house has unique features that were fun and overall it was very clean. It was roomy with great storage, comfortable beds, a functional kitchen, nice sun room, and patio. It's very conveniently located to the beaches, Venice Avenue, etc. We gave the area around the property a lower rating because the area isn't as nice as some others. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again.

Property Picture wasn't of what we found when we arrived
The place that we were directed to wasn't the place represented on the VRBO posting. The place was filthy and smelled of drugs. Contacted the property manager and she quickly directed us to another location and personally came over the following morning to make sue that all was OK. Property Mgr A+ Original Property F

Relaxing Retro
This place was great! Pros: great central location, beach chairs, towels, and beach combing gear, quiet, safe, affordable and dog friendly! Loved the indoor/outdoor spaces. Cons: just the old stained carpet. Hard surfaces would make this place perfect.
