10/10 Excellent

"Room was very clean, as well as all other areas. Breakfast was nicer than I thought. Eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, pancakes and waffles, yogurt & fruit, bagels & English muffins. Staff very friendly and attendant for breakfast very helpful and kind. Overall a great stay with ample parking. We did not use pool but that looked nice."

"The room was stuffy, and dirty. Dead bugs all over the floor. They obviously gave us a room that is not used much as it had not been cleaned in a long time. It took 3 hours for the tired air conditioner to cool the room down. The floor in the bathroom was so dirty we did not use the shower. Had to sit on the bed to sit down - no chair in the room at all. The only good thing I can say is the bed was very comfortable."
