The hotel offers a fantastic breakfast with premium offerings. The staff are super-friendly and accommodating. Rooms are small but comfy, and 2 restaurants outside the courtyard act as an almost extension of the hotel. A hidden gem!

Lovely place, with a more "old school" feel to it. Staff was very nice and helpful. Room was great although the bathroom was very narrow. Had everything we needed and was in a great location. Would totally go here again :)

Reichhaltiges Frühstücksangebot, was absolut ausreichend, aber immer gleich war. Super freundliches Personal und eine sehr zentrale (5 Gehminuten zum Markusplatz), aber trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage. Für viel Gepäck war das Zimmer etwas klein.

My friend and I both got bit by something the night we were there all over which was horrible! But, the desk people were nice and let us check in early. Just don’t open your windows and you should be fine.

Venligt, rent, god beliggenhed. Men det var det.
Super fin beliggenhed og fint rent. Hotellet bærer dog præg af at være brugt. Det er flot at se på, men meget brugte senge, dårlig udluftning, udsugning på toilettet der larmer meget, Slidte og medtagede stole til morgenmaden og grundlæggende rigtig, rigtig dårlig morgenmad af meget lav kvalitet. Venligt personale, men jeg ville ikke bestille et ophold igen pga ovenstående punkter.

Quattro notti a Venezia, ci siamo trovate bene, hotel vicino a piazza San Marco, ben sistemato e tenuto in buone condizioni. L'unica pecca è che non ha un ascensore e la nostra stanza era all'ultimo piano.

Hôtel bien situé, très central proche principaux monuments. Petit déjeuner très correct. Bémol, la taille de la chambre très exiguë pour 4 personnes et la salle de bains d’un autre âge. A recommander pour une courte durée et pas forcément en famille (je n’ai pas vu la taille des chambres pour 2).

I was not able to visit Italy because of COVID-19 and my flight and cruse were canceled. Both companies refunded me even the flights were non-refundable, but this hotel is greedy. They told me that because my stay was after June 30, They are not going to refund my $400.00. We are talking about just $400.00! And they said NO. Cool. Enjoy it. Everybody knows that Italy does not allow USA citizen to enter the country. This hotel used other people desperate time to gain some money.

とっても雰囲気ある素敵なお部屋と、朝食はホテル関係者のマンマお手製のパイに、選べるパンやハムチーズのビュッフェスタイル。カーニバルシーズンは警察の方も泊まられていてかなり安心、安全で快適なホテルでした。 日本語は通じませんが単語程度の英語でなんとかいけました。 場所は最初わかりにくいですが、慣れれば大変便利な場所でして文句なしです。

Bellissimo! The staff was super friendly and this charming hotel is just what we wanted. The room was really, really small, but perhaps that's standard for Venice. Didn't matter--we only slept there. The breakfast was the perfect way to start our day, and the folks at the reception desk happily answered all our questions in perfect English.
