住宿条件一般，但是在威尼斯这样旅游景点短时间居住性价比还能接受，表杨餐厅厨师在我们清早赶火车时给我们了早餐。

我們總共19人，訂咗十間房，分兩段時間定， 我妹姝訂5間，我訂左5間，住宿日期分別係11月30日和12月8日-11日，30/11的房間的問題,已經一早反映咗給hotels.com, 最後3日的房間,即是11月8-11日, 其中102號房,我朋友的房間,他們被床蝨咬,兩夫婦都由面，手，腳全身都出咗好多紅點，我們都拍咗相片，如果需要可以傳送給你，我昨天見他們，紅疹仍然未退，其他房間就ok，沒有問題，我自己住的，就非常滿意。

The location is great but hotel is a bit old
The hotel is quite old, and there is no lift so it might be a problem if u bring with bulky baggages.And some of tiles in my room were loose. However, the check in staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was okay and the location is nearby the station( just opposite to the station, there is a canal in between so still need to cross the bridges to the hotel) There are restaurants and souvenir shops just next to the hotel.

It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Compared to its cost, the overall experience is great. Friendly front desk, great location, and attractive price.

只住一晚還可以，若是渡假旅遊的話需考慮。
地點很不錯，就在火車站對面；早餐有點簡單，房間並不算舒適，可以記放行李，不過並沒有專屬的封閉空間，直接放在大廳中央，也沒有做任何辨別的標示，有點危險。

距離車站很近，容易找到，價格合理，服務員態度友善，早餐提供基本的種類，如包點、火腿、芝士乳酪等，唯一缺點是沒有電梯！

交通便利，但較舊的飯店
飯店鄰近羅馬廣場和火車站，交通便利，算是威尼斯本島最經濟的飯店，但房間較舊，沒有電梯，幸好我們房間在一樓，早餐選擇算豐富，如果打算短暫停留威尼斯的話，可以考慮。

Where do i begin. For starters some of the staff are rude and this is even when u ask nicely. Second the rooms condition is utterly disgusting. Dog hair on the bed, mold in the shower curtains, absolute zero air conditioning so u have to open the windows. Which means u will get eaten alive by the mosquitos. It takes a while for the water in the shower to get warm. Beddings are stained. The rooms look nothing like the pics, having all the walls stained, the chair was about to break. Only one outlet to charge ur devices. This is the type of place where u go when u have no money worse than a motel.

Esteticamente l' hotel è molto carino, le camere però sono davvero piccole e la "carta da parati" prende davvero molta polvere, sconsigliato per gli asmatici o per chi è allergico alla polvere, la TV non funziona,come succede in molte strutture. La colazione devo dire che non è delle migliori, il caffè che offrono è quello della macchina che trovi tranquillamente all' ufficio, i cornetti non sanno di cornetto, l' unica cosa che si salva probabilmente è il toast che puoi farti da solo. Tutto sommato, l' unica cosa per cui consiglierei la strutture è che sta proprio di fronte alla stazione.

Average at best
Lovely area but the hotel was rustic to say the least, rooms are average sized for the area i would say but the view was awful, the bathroom and bedrooms are dirty, dusty and so dated they must of got the furniture out of marco polos house, staff are lovely and accommodating but a good lick of paint, a clean and some refurbishment wouldnt go a miss, overall 3 out of 5

A weekend in Venice
Firstly i want to say that the staff at the hotel were lovely. Friendly, helpful and very welcoming. It is in a brilliant location near all the transport links so very easy to get everywhere The hotel is very tired and they seem to be renovating. I think the only rooms already completed are the ones pictured on the website. Unfortunately the first room we were allocated was not suitable for 2 people and should be resigned to single occupancy. I would classify a double room as both people being able to get in and out of bed without having to climb over their partner because the bed is against the wall with a 1ft gap down the other side. We asked to be moved which we were without any fuss. The second room was much better in size though in need of redecoration a more comfortable bed and bedding. The other disappointment was the bar was not in use and neither was the courtyard due to renovations. It was a real shame that we were unable to purchase a drink and socialise a little within the hotel. They had a fridge in which they had bottles of larger, individual bottles of bellini and cans of coke but once purchased at reception the only place to go was your room. Please open your bar and courtyard as soon as possible. If not update your website to say that they are currently closed. I would stay here again but only if the bar and courtyard are open.

Hemos pasado tres koches en el Hotel Canal, y todo ha sido correcto. Si es verdad que las instalaciones estan anticuadas, sobre todo el baño, y la habitación no era muy grande para 4 personas. Pero el desayuno estaba muy bien. Y como apenas estas en el hotel, solo para dormir, por el precio que tiene, volvería a repetir

Enjoyed 2-night stay and better than expected
Enjoyed our two-night stay and had better experience than I expected based on reviews, which might be due to off season right now. Breakfast space is good, and all staffs were nice and helpful. Definitely I would recommend this hotel.

The location of this hotel is wonderful. It was a 4 minute walk from the train station to the hotel. The view from the front rooms was amazing! We had a corner room with 2 windows that overlooked the grand canal and 2 bridges. For the price you couldn't ask for a better location or view. The rooms were what you would expect for the price. They could have used a better cleaning on the pillows & blankets, but again what we expected for the price. There is a safe in the room but you need to pay a 10 Euro fee in cash to the front desk to get the key. We tried to return our key and get our cash back but the front desk was closed and therefore we were told we could not get our money back. If we knew that in advance we would have returned the key the night before. Breakfast in the morning was conveniently location on the first floor of the hotel. It was average with a machine that made the coffee/espresso/cappuccino for you. Overall it was what we expected for the money paid.

El cuarto tenia un buen tamaño, pero en general el hotel tiene instalaciones muy viejas, no están renovadas, en el area de regadera estaba tapada la coladera por lo que al bañarse uno, el agua no se iba y ese problema fue desde el inicio por lo que fue falta de limpieza desde que salió el huesped en la habitación que yo use.

God beliggenhet, nært jernbanestasjonen og Piazzale Roma. Hotellet er slitt og det mangler air-condition, noe som gjør at vinduet må stå åpent om natta og dermed kommer det mye mygg inn. Positivt med kjøleskap på rommet. Ok frokost og ok renhold på rommet.
