a little bit small for one family
I booked one room for my family, but I found that it was really a liite bit samll for us. the price is ecnomic, people there are very nice ,they will provide the information to you if you have some problems. the location is also not no bad, there was a bus station nearby, just take No. 19 , you can go to Venice, with No. 45 go to the Venice Marco Polo International Airport.

good location, small room, bad aircon.
Location is good, bus no.45 run from airport to the hotel; bus no. 19 run from hotel to Piazza Roma. The 1st day I check-in, I was given a room which I cannot open my luggage case on the floor, after negotiation, The next day I was given another small room with different set-up of beds which I can open my case on the floor, but aircon of this room is not functionning, the temperature of the room is 29' C at mid-night! And the hotel charge a hotel tax for 1.8 Euro per person per night on top of my "all-inclusive" pre-paid rent!

because we didn’t like he change the price on us when we ask for extension. The price listed what I paid the day before on Expedia, he said pay him more, he then called his wife over and they adjusted the price on Expedia to more than what he was offering. We asked why he changed it he said because he the boss, after few words he spit at us and cuss at us. Such a traumatic experience and on top the property looks nothing like it’s pictures and very dirty

Overcharged, unclean and unprofessional.... Avoid
Totally terrible customer service, the owner is a shameless utterly greedy person who charges us €30 Euro Extra for coming few hours before check-in time. Room floor and toilet are dirty after constant requests no one bother to come and honour my request. Heating shut down from the reception at 8am in the morning left the shivers for the morning as outside temperature was 0 degree celcious. Reception guys are keep lying to us and very unprofessional. One word for this hotel just avoid avoid avoid, get something better for your hard earn cash.

Noise of saw and pipe being cut in the middle of the night. Arrived early and had to pay 20 euros to have the suitcases in the lobby till check in. Clerk was not amiable when we were leaving at 1:30 am.

Reserve la habitación y la pagué.las fotos que están en su página se ve unas habitaciones normales,ni se veían habitaciones combeciinales.ao llegar a establecimiento me dan la habitación y cuál es mi sorpresa que me dan una habitación por llamarla habitación no más de 5mts cuadrados con una suciedad ínfima el colchón estaba derruido y sucio la habitación tenía cuarto de baño que estaba todo con suciedad.he estado tres días con alergia al ácaro del colchón y de toda la sociedad que había.esto no puede pasar es para denunciar públicamente.desde luego no vuelvo a confiar más en vuestra página y a las 4 horas solo por qué había hecho un viaje de 24 horas conduciendo descanse un par de horas por qué no podía más con mi cuerpo,y me fui de ese antro de suciedad y gérmenes.los dueños son paquistanis con un mal educación y faltando respeto diciendo que si no quería que me fuera de su hotel.una experiencia que no me va a volver a pasar con vosotros.

Ni para pasar la noche!
Un hotel al que no volvería, menos mal fue solo para pasar la noche. El recepcionista nada amigable, las habitaciones feas, descuidadas, sucias. Pedí un taxi en la mañana para ir al aeropuerto y solo aceptaban efectivo, el hotel está a 10 minutos y me cobraron 30 euros. Llegó un taxi pirata, pero por el apuro decidimos aceptarlo.

This hotel was absolutely disgusting to stay in. We arrived early before check in and the owner charged us an extra 10 EURO to get into our room 30 minutes early before the 3pm check in time even though the room was ready. They hardly spoke any English which made it very difficult to communicate. Once we got into our room it was filthy and very unclean. Our door did not lock properly so it made us feel very unsafe. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

We had to wait over 15 minutes to get to talk to the receptionist as he was rude talked to his friends Filled the lobby fridge and ignored my wife and I standing. The shower was so dirty and disgusting that neither my wife or I showered in the morning. The TV was useless and the room safe was broken and not working.

This hotel is located well near to airport and good transport links into Venice (about 30 mins on Tram) and also centre of Mestre (roughly 10/15 mins on Tram) Very dated interior but was clean. Had room in front of hotel which was very noisy up to about midnight and then very early in morning as on main road and can hear traffic.
