非常非常非常糟的體驗，我們家庭旅遊超過30個國家，只有這家飯店說不允許帶東西進飯店吃。重點是在預訂時也沒有提醒顧客有這個規定，櫃檯人員態度非常差，這不是該有的服務態度。絕對不推薦。

是個悠久的飯店，服務人員極為禮貌，動作優雅；設備相對老舊，反而別有風味；想體驗傳統風格的人，可以來嘗試。

Not a bad hotel
The hotel is a historical building, interior is a bit run down than what shown in the pictures. Our room is quite big with a sofa bed. The only concern we had was the bath tub drainage was slow and reflux occurred. Talked to the staff in frontdesk before we went for our day, but no one came fixing it at the end. Generally a good stay.

一家老店，却没有想象中好
旅店看起来历史悠久，加上威尼斯独有的奇幻感觉，当我走进这家旅店我仿佛穿越到了十八世纪。我本以为这会是一次完美的住宿体验，可是我错了。表面彬彬有礼服务人员并没有真正用心为顾客服务，想顾客所想，急顾客所急。我check in之后，本来可以自己拿行李进房间，但是服务员告诉我我跟着另一位服务员进房间就好，行李会有人帮我们拿进去。果然之后有一位年龄大一些的服务人员帮我们把行李拿了进来，我们行李有两个大行李箱，其中一个很沉，那位服务员帮我们把行李拿进屋放好后看了我两秒钟，我也在看他，我就在想，这是在暗示我给小费么？我可不想给，何况我又没零钱。之后我就发现我的钱包不见了，我回想很可能是买船票时落在售票处了，于是问前台能不能帮我打电话问一问，或者do something。可是那位服务员告诉我lost and found office已经关门了，我们只能等第二天九点之后再说，there is nothing I can do，sorry。其实那时不过下午五点左右。于是我和我老婆急急忙忙步行跑到售票处，又跑到失物招领，终于找到了钱包。在此感谢那位售票处的工作人员和失物招领处的人员，都是好人。然后就是晚上房间很冷，空调暖风却是前台控制的，要打电话给前台他们调。我大半夜打了三次电话，房间依然很冷，最后一次告诉我因为我自己按了空调的按键所以空调系统就锁死了，无法供暖，要等第二天早上才行。还是那句，there is nothing I can do，right now。我和老婆只能盖一张薄毛毯，互相搂着过了一晚。【PS:一开始我也不了解，为什么只给了一张毛毯，我还很怕不干净。原来在米兰住的旅店都是被子啊。后来到了佛罗伦萨和罗马才知道，意大利很多旅店都是这样子。】第二天我们check out 时他们也没想着帮我们问钱包的事，只是问我们钱包找到了么，我说找到了，他说了些you are so lucky什么之类的话。我只能笑笑。旅店房间舒适度一般，房间很不隔音，外面有人说话咳嗽走路都能听见。所以如果情侣住这的话，你懂啦。值得称赞的地方就是早餐很丰富。

More than expected
Location is perfect, only 12 mins walking distance from Venezia S. Lucia train station. Easy access to all the sight seeing spots. Staff were friendly and attentive to explain the details of sight seeing info during check-in. They even assisted me to unlock the safety box in room promptly after I accidentally locked it up. Even though mine was a standard single room, it was full equipped, TV (you don't need to switch it on because plenty of good things to see outside actually!), air-conditioning, bathtub, more then basic toiletries were also provided. It was a bonus to find out that there was chiller in room and hair dryer as most of the hotels with this room rate won't provide things like they did. The included free breakfast was also worth to mention, it was more than a casual one. Worth to stay there again.

走入这家酒店便好像走入一个艺术馆，精美的布置和考究的摆设让人心情愉悦。周边小店餐馆林立，步行5分钟可到达黄金宫码头，位置算是相当方便。房间卫生间看上去都有些历史了，但床具清洁舒适，是个下榻的好选择。

Nice location, walkable distance from some reference points in venice, not far from the Canalgrande public transportation. Very well kept and comfortable common areas. Not exciting the swimming facility, but well kept. Very kind reception and service persons. Good for families, great attention and tolerance with children.

Sobre coste estancia
Contraté una habitacion y desayuno para dos adultos y un niño de 10 años. Me cobraron un suplemento de 60 € por que aseguraron q no tenían constancia de la edad del menor y q la habitación contratada no permitía 3 personas. La reserva figuraban las 3 personas. En todo momento q realicé la reserva puse la edad del menor y que seríamos 3. Si la habitación no era adecuada la aplicación de hotels.com no debiera haberme permitido la reserva. Por el precio pagado finalmente hubiera podido acceder a un hotel mucho mejor. Debo decir que el personal es muy atento y amable y el hotel tiene un cierto encanto por su antigüedad. La ubicación buena .

Nos gusta mucho este hotel. Habíamos estado antes. Aunq las habitaciones don típicas venecianas, se sprecia ya una cierta decadencia. Sin embargo, también lo convierte en un hotel muy carismático y auténtico. Las salas comunes son muy acogedoras y el desayuno y el personal, excelente.

Das Hotel war insgesamt sehr angenehm, das Personal besonders nett und bemüht! Leider ist die Einrichtung der Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen, da es sehr ruhig ist kann hinweg sehen. Das Frühstück sollte etwas überdacht werden besonders Eierspeise und Gebäck! Die Lage des Hotel Giorgione ist hervorragend!!! Wir hatten angenehme sehr angenehme Tage!

The annex is just around the corner from the main hotel and is nice. Good restaurants just outside the door and is close to everything you need - grocery store, restaurants, taxi access, sights, etc. The hotel is exceptional and we'd love to have a room there the next time!

This is an incredibly noisy hotel - there is no soundproofing and you hear staff, other patrons, and people walking by on the street. Food handling is another concern regarding the buffet - one staff member handled a bakery item with his bare hands and then put it back in with all of the other pastries. The property is run down, at least as far as my room was concerned, but the pictures make it look attractive on the site.

Koselig hotell, fin beliggenhet og god service
Koselig lite hotell i gå avstand fra båten fra flyplassen, samtidig litt på utsiden av de værste trafikkerte stedene, perfekt beliggenhet syntes jeg. Hyggelig og serviceminded betjening. Koselige rom. Frokosten kunne kanskje vært litt mer spenstig, men helt ok☀️Kan godt bo her igjen!
